The treadmill in the Fitness Center has been reported and AMS is working to get it replaced. 

Comcast - please email AMS any damages Comcast has made to that we may work with them to make sure this is corrected.


5/15/2024 - Black Algae spots in shallow end of the pool 

Per the Pool Company - The black algae spots on the sundeck is caused by a few reasons. The construction across the street, pesticides by the landscapers, residents folding chairs in the pool on the sundeck, and lack of circulation on the sundeck. This is the 3rd removing black algae from sundeck. It will continue to happen but black algae is not harmful and it will not cause pool closures. The cloudiness will clear up after treatment and there may be residual shock on sundeck and/or steps.

7/29/2024 - Fountain not working
AMS has advised the fountain contractor, and they will be out to take a look at this Friday at the latest.

8/5/2024 -Per the fountain contractor the fountain motor and motor cord were removed. The motor and cord both test bad, the motor is under warranty this could take two -four weeks to receive a new one. 
Fountain has been repaired.

8/26/24 Problems with irrigation have been reported and AMS has contacted someone to come troubleshoot this matter.
Update: The breaker on the well was tripped, all irrigation should be back up and running.

9/30/24 - Fountain has been reported to the Lake Drs.
